Yes, it will be. Do kinds of drugs do serious damage to you when you are still in your growing process. They are saver to use when you reach the age of 21. Sorry.

I am nearly 18 and have been seriously body building for a year, my arms are 15 inchs. I was wondering if i started taking 10mg’s of Dianabol for 6 weeks would it be bad for my natural testosterone? and i am still to young to take it?
cardio is important to keep fit and conditioned. if you are trying to gain muscle mass limit your cardio to 3 light half hour sessions a week. keep it at about 6-7 kph though.

just because he does steriods it doesnt mean he didnt work hard idiotnoobbum(i now understand your name it describes you well) proffessional bodybuilders work rediculously hard everyday much harder than you will ever work in your life at anything
i get your point..but saying why is she thinner than him? what…you want his spotter to be bigger than him?? Fair play, i laughed a bit at how small she was, and if he needed help with hundreds of kg on his back she probably wudnt be much good lol
completely depends on the individual/your current conditioning/your goals etc etc.
