Sadly many of them have used hormones… those results that you see in this videos are not so easy to archieve… exspecially that old guy…he hardly have gained so much muscle without harmfull drugs in that age and with that starting point..

Yo, 619G (nelson) i think, just wanna say that your video motivated me into the gym. I started out at 65kg, I now weigh 73kgs, seeing some very big improvements. The song and the quote is what gave me the motivation, so thank you. :)

I learned in Nutrition class something I’d like to share (not sure if it relates to anyones questions) but the only way basically to get ride of fat (which is stored energy) is by building muscle. Otherwise your body simply craves more food for caleries. The sad thing about being overweight is that its like carrying around sand bags, thus a fat person craves more caleries / more food. The body is seeking out the energy to carry the fat around. Not much room here to explain it better… sorry.

Fenvox79 is right, it was more popular in the old days but people still hold newspapers to show the date they started as proof. However there is one flaw… people can save an old news paper and pretend the pick was taken that day.

I think it just marks the day they started their diet or training.

  • Anonymous said:

why are they all holding newspapers?

consume more, to gain on nothing on the same thing is imposible, u hav to push ur body.

I was just wondering what was 1st guy saying, now i see i miss understood it xD

nah that’s not how muscles made. Muscle is basically rebuilding and reconstruction of muscle fiber. However when weightlifting you lose alot of fat.

    excellent

if you are thin then eat a lot of good carbs, protein and lot of vegetables and fruits. You can only grow with proper diet and rest. Don’t rely too much on supplements.

    explain…

    replace fat with muscle?
    how?

  • Anonymous said:

I have a question, if you are thin and wanted to gain muscle, you suppose to work out right? do you have to consume more calories to gain muscle or consume the same amount of calories?

he lost fat to show the muscle in just a month…
