one thing I am seeing that inst good about the first exercise, is that he is standing up more as he does it… he should stay in one spot or move down in weight cause hes not working the specific muscle as much

how come i lift lots more weight than you yet i am smaller than you? I eat lots of protein but i have small bone structure. do you think it is my genetics.

  • Anonymous said:

he did say that he is lifting light weight at the beginning of the exercise.

body type, some ppl are ment to be big and buff some ppl are mad to be small and skinny buff everybodys body is different. you could workout ur whole life and ull never look like him genetics

were’s Arnel? is this not his profile anymore?

  • Anonymous said:

I believe that he was doing light weight just so he could lift and talk normal without breathing REALLY heavy.

  • Anonymous said:

that and its easier to slowly show proper technique with lighter weight

how long should u be in the gym before its starts eating at ur muscle instead of building it?

    Your doin something wrong

Dude… when you do deadlift you have to touch the bar when you come down…that is why it is called a deadlift

  • Anonymous said:

THe guy in the yellow is cute!

  • Anonymous said:

how much do you weigh bro and how much u bench?

  • Anonymous said:

hey man i notice that you hold the bar with your thumb joining your fingers… now im DEFINITELY not a coach, but i think it’s better to wrap that thumb around so that you KNOW the bar won’t slip and fall, i’ve heard a lot of stories of men getting injured from the bar slipping out from their hand, so just something to think about

  • Anonymous said:

lots of people do it, and it does work

  • Anonymous said:

I would think, though, that stopping the bar from hitting the floor by contracting the muscle on the way down would work it even more than letting it hit the ground and bringing it back up because the weight is relieved from your muscles when that happens…

    It’s Vince DelMonte.

exactly, when you “dead lift” or do any kind of lifting, you never let it sit any wheres to rest during that set. if you need to put it down, finish your set first
