I apologize for the mess here!
I know many of the links are not yet working and many images are missing. My server was hacked into on March 9, 2008, and all of my files deleted. The automatic backup did its job shortly afterward. The net result is that empty directories were backed up!
Anyway, I am now in the slow, slow process of bringing everything back up but it will probably take me a few days. I had no idea how much work it would be to run some 13 plus blogs plus other sites. Some of them have probably disappeared forever.
Be patient, we’ll get this all going again shortly(or longly?)

Sorry to hear of your server. Since I run my own server, I was wondering, when you find some time if you could tell me what software and apps you use and how they got in…no rush what-so-ever.

Well, it was my own fault, really. I have a server with Hostgator so the scripts are for the most part theirs and security all first class.
What happened was that I saw a piece of software I wanted to help build traffic. Sounded like a great deal. The software company, rather well known, wanted to do the install so I gave them a password and access.
Within 12 hours I had been wiped out and several Asian area domains were on my server.
I’m glad I caught it before my databases were gone too but it is still a lot of work re-doing everything.
Lesson learned. Now back to it.
