About Honesty In Muscle Building Reviews
Honesty In Muscle Building Reviews? Are You Serious? Aren’t all program reviews honest? A review of anything, whether it be a product or a program, is undertaken to help the reader so the reviewer has to be honest, right? Well, I used to believe in the Easter Bunny too, but life has a funny way of changing our beliefs.
Let me tell you how I came to be a skeptic and started questioning much of what I read or was told – even if the advice came from an expert.
In about the 5th grade I was diagnosed with Osgood’s Slaughters disease. This is not too serious and the best advice today is just to take a year or two off from sports that put strain in the knee and the associated tendons until growth can catch up and fuse everything properly in place.
But that is now. Back then the doctor had my parents, teachers and myself so terrified that I would become crippled for life if I played any sports that I was effectively banned from sports for a few years, By the time I was in my mid to late teens and aware that I really could enjoy sports, my skills were so awful that I simply wasn’t competitive anymore.
But I kept on with my own routines. Doing various exercise routines, walking and biking to stay in shape. So I was able stay i fairly good condition.
Through the years I noticed that if something was off kilter with my body, the doctors never could get it quite right. Whether it was high cholesterol, headaches, joint pain – whatever; they would try different things but really cure nothing!
Then, about 20 years ago, I took a treadmill stress test as part of a company employment exam. After a few minutes the cardiologist stopped the test, unhooked me and told me he was admitting me immediately for a triple by-pass. No Way!
I had no history of heart disease and was not about to undergo surgery to fatten his wallet!
My personal physician referred my to another cardiologist and we did not tell the new doc why. Well, after about 14 minutes (the test was only supposed to run 10 – 12 minutes) he stopped the test and asked why I was there. He said my cardio-vascular system was in perfect shape.
Did this give me renewed faith in my doctors? NO!
I realized you can get as many differing diagnoses as there are doctors that exam you.
So I started looking at natural healing, natural medicines and supplements. And you know what? I found a few quacks and sorcerers. Seems like everyone is still looking for the magic elixirs and potions so the snake oil salesmen still survive.
But I found a lot of sound advice and good remedies. In addition to getting a good education!
And then the drug puffed sports stars became heroes and idols of our youth! That was the last straw!
When todays’ millionaires start peddling their crap that kills (hereafter CTK) and maims to the country’s youth, we need to start telling it like it is. We all need to take a stand.
This is where I take mine.
Whether it is a steroid-laden muscle freak trying to pedal some harmful program or miracle pill to “build muscle” (that’s a laugh – nothing that can destroy you can build lasting muscle) or some other quack that is convincing 80 year olds that they can become pain or wrinkle free if they only buy the miracle cure recently uncovered from ancient writings for Only $99.95/month, if I find them, I’ll expose them here.
But, let’s be fair. You are not here to read about the fakes. You want the good stuff! You really do want to become more fit. You want a ripped body. You want to look great in that new swim suit. You are tired of feeling tired. You want to be more physically fit and pain free – to feel more vigorous – more youthful.
Well, there are programs and products out there that actually do perform as advertised and will help you achieve your goals.
They key is finding them.
That’s what I do. I look at them and let you know what I find. Do they really do what they say? Or are they just another load of CTK? I’ll give you my honest opinion.
So if you want the truth, stick around. If you want it all sugar coated promises and make-believe, well, you probably wont find this site to your liking.
I’m sorry.
Thanks for stopping by and listening to my rant. If there is a program or product you would like an opinion on, let me know, I’ll see what I can do.
To your health & fitness!
Gerry

Looking for real women’s workout information. None of that fluffly stuff. Please give me something that’s actually useful.
Laurie,
I think you’ve found it. I try to keep the fluff out of here – just good, solid info. Thanks for stopping by!
Hi
I have no body building background and am looking for a product
to buy to aid me in turning from that slim guy to someone with
more muscles. I’m confused as to what I should buy. I’m torn between
Vince Demonte’s product and Sean Nalewanyi’s product.
There’s no doubt in my mind both programs are great. But I’m not sure which
one suites me best. Maybe if I describe my goals it will be easier.
I’m heavily into dance, the martial arts, but I’m looking to develop muscles,
look good without sacrificing my flexibility and movement.
If you could tell me in your opinion which program do you think will be better for me, I’d be most grateful.
Thank you
Ali
Hey Ali -
Thanks for stopping by. From what you say you are looking for, Vince DelMonte’s program was made with you in mind. Vince had a heck of a time putting on weight and getting from skinny kid to the well sculpted model he is now.
Give his program a try and I’m sure you’ll like it. And if you don’t, he guarantees it and will cheerfully refund your money!
You can’t lose – but you can sure gain the muscle!
Get fit!
