Hardgainer Project X – Secret Launch?

May 19th, 2009 By Gerry | No Comments | Filed in Bodybuilding Programs, Muscle Building

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Jeff Anderson is releasing his Hardgainer Project X today and it is almost like it is all supposed to be a big secret of some kind. Normally with a new product like this I am getting bombarded with emails, but not this time.

And I really don’t understand it.  Hardgainer Project X is what thousands of hardgainers have been looking for for a long time. Jeff is finally releasing his research on the ectomorph body and it is quite amazing. Many “experts” have had this all wrong but count on the MuscleNerd to get it right.

If you haven’t seen his skinny “human lab rats”, you can go check them out at Hardgainer Project X.

Jeff has promised to not only reveal the AFTER PHOTOS of these guys and share some of the BEST TIPS to build more muscle…

…but he’s ALSO going to be throwing in some special “launch bonuses” for the first people who sign up for his program.

That means you DEFINITELY want to go and check out the new program as soon as it’s launched to see if it’s a good fit for you.

And speaking of a “fit”, let me give you FAIR WARNING here…

Jeff said that this program was CUSTOM BUILT for the SERIOUS “hardgainer” ectomorph.

In fact, the more challenged a person is with building muscle, the BETTER they responded to the training!

So if you consider yourself “overweight”, then this is most likely NOT what you’re looking for.

BUT…if you find yourself struggling with a “fast metabolism” and you’re not seeing consistent gains from your program (or you watch any muscle you build quickly waste away almost as soon as you pack it on), then this may FINALLY be the solution you’ve been waiting for!

You can go and start to get a feel for how “different” this program is from any other by going over to…

Hardgainer Project X

I’ll post a full review of Jeff’s program in a day or so but in the meantime, take a look and let me know what you think.

Hardgainer Workout – Free Report

May 12th, 2009 By Gerry | No Comments | Filed in Bodybuilding Programs, Muscle Building

Do you think of yourself as a “HARDGAINER”?

If so, you have probably searched all over the net and talked to everyone you know at the gym to try to find an answer to gaining some solid muscle and finally building a body to be proud of.

And you have found answers, tried them, and found out that the people who gave you the advice were plain idiots!

If you can relate to this, then I have a free gift that’s going to be a HUGE RELIEF to you…hardgainer

…and show those idiots for what they really are.

You see, the author of this free report (and MP3!) is a friend of mine (Jeff Anderson, aka – the “Muscle Nerd”) and he’s known for saying what’s on his mind.

But THIS TIME…he may have stepped over the line!

First, here’s the link over to a free MP3 and ebook…

http://www.muscle-building-reviews.com/hardgainer/

Now the story…

For the last 6 years, Jeff’s been dedicating much of his research to studying the “ECTOMORPH”.

These are the reaaaaaaaally skinny guys who no matter how hard they try, just can’t seem to put on any muscle. (Does this sound like YOU?)

So far, the typical advice found online can be reduced to something along the lines of…

…”You’re not TRAINING hard enough!”; or

…”You’re not EATING enough!”

Sound like the advice you’ve been getting?

But Jeff has drawn a line in the sand and is CHALLENGING all of this “expert advice” by releasing his latest findings based upon a recent experiment he’s called…

…”Hardgainer Project X”!

This experiment took 6 “hardgainers” who had a difficult time putting on muscle and put them through a brand new 3-STEP TRAINING PROGRAM Jeff specifically designed for the “ectomorph” body type.

You can see their “BEFORE” pictures at:

http://www.muscle-building-reviews.com/hardgainer/

You’ll see that there’s a mix of real scrawny dudes and also one with a common “hardgainer problem” that comes from trying to build muscle the WRONG way (and the way that MOST fitness articles will tell you)…

…the SKINNY FAT-GUY SYNDROME!

(You’d be surprised how many guys fit into this category after trying to stuff themselves like pigs in order to gain weight!)

No…this is NOT your typical bodybuilding program!

In fact, the SKINNIER the test subject, the BETTER the program
seemed to work!

All of the details of the program (as well as the transformations of these skinny guys) will be open to the public on May 19th at 12:00pm Central time.

But until then, Jeff wants to show everyone exactly WHY this program is so far off from all the other”skinny guy” programs out there.

So he’s released a killer MP3 and eBOOK called:

“The Hardgainer Curse…And What To Do About It!”

http://www.muscle-building-reviews.com/hardgainer/

I highly recommend you go and check out the free report so you can see if this fits YOUR body type or not.

If you’ve EVER struggled with gaining weight and building muscle,
this report will open your eyes and

give you a sense of RELIEF that it’s NOT because you weren’t
training ENOUGH…

…it’s because you were training WRONG!

I have to admit that I am not a hardgainer but after reading the Jeff’s report I can honestly say that it makes more sense than all of the other bum advice I have seen thrown at hardgainers.

Again, go check it out NOW at…

Muscles In Less Than 7 Minutes

July 23rd, 2008 By Gerry | No Comments | Filed in Bodybuilding Programs

A short time ago Jon Benson surprised a lot of gym rats by boldly claiming that they were wasting hours in the gym. Pure waste that they could put to better use by spending it with their family, relaxing, doing other activities.

To a lot of fitness “experts” this was sacrilege. But it woke a lot of people up. Those that had been spending hours in the gym and saw no improvement from one month or on year to the next.  These folks were ready for something better.

And Jon’s 7 Minute Muscles started selling… very well.  You can check out my review of 7 Minute Muscles and see for yourself why this has been such a hot item. And if you decide that in your busy world you can’t squeeze in even 7 minutes again to assure your fitness, take a look at this…

ROM - The Four Minute CrossTrainer
ROM – The Four Minute CrossTrainer

So, you don’t have 7 minutes, but you might be able to squeeze out 4 minutes? Then this might be just what you’re looking for. It was a winner of the Popular Science Award for the “Best of What’s New” and has been around since 1990. Quietly, but steadily building a devoted following.

From all of the studies that have been done, the Four Minutes CrossTrainer really performs as advertised. You can check it out at ROM Time Machine. Before you do though, you need to be warned…

Dig deep into your bank account. The machine will set you back $14,615 US.

All to save maybe 3 minutes a day. After giving it a look, I think you will be happy to thank Jon Benson for his course and spend on $77.00 US for 7 Minute Muscle.

Vince DelMonte Competes Again!

June 4th, 2008 By Gerry | No Comments | Filed in Bodybuilding Programs

This guy really has the drive and determination most of us want but just never seem to get up for it! You know Vince as the author of No Nonsense Muscle Building and a contributor to Men’s Fitness Magazine. He used to compete but hasn’t in about three years.

Well, recently he was on the edge trying to decide whether or not he wanted to get on stage again. This is a shot of him on April 16, still undecided:

Vince Delmonte April 16

Well, he started to get in shape and decided to go for it. This shows hie initial progress as of May 4:

Vince DelMonte May 4

Looks like he’s got a good start. This is an update as of May 31:

Vince DelMonte May 31

Look’s like he will be in shape! He only has a few more days until he goes on stage at the World Fitness Model Championships in Toronto, Ontario. This will be the first time in 3 years that Vince has competed and I’m sure it was not an easy decision to make. Getting up for a competition just is not in the same class as simply wanting to “look good”. He obviously knows what he is talking about when it comes to fitness. I wish him well.

I’ll post his results here, so check back mid-June! In the meantime, check out his No Nonsense Muscle Building course for the straight scoop on how he gets in shape!

Muscle Building Interview With Jason Ferruggia – Part 2

May 20th, 2008 By Gerry | No Comments | Filed in Bodybuilding Programs

I have completed my review of the Jason Ferruggia’s updated Muscle Gaining Secrets and I was really impressed with it. Not so much with the basic content itself – it was great to begin with. But some of the extras that Jason has added in make this a hard to beat, must have program for any serious body builder.

Check out all of his new additions and see what I have to say about them at:

http://JasonFerruggia.muscle-building-reviews.com

But be sure and come back and read the Part 2 of our interview with the author himself.

=============================

Interview with Jason Ferruggia – Continued:

Question: You are known in the industry as the go-to coach if you are looking to gain strength and put on muscle size. Can you first just give a little background about how you came to your training philosophy?

Answer: I started out training in middle school and was taking the advice of a nearly 300lb pro wrestler whom my cousin was dating at the time. I didn’t know it then but he was obviously juiced to the gills. He wrote me a program and I got nowhere. This road continued all through high school as I continued to get advice from the muscle mags and whatever else was popular at the time. Eventually I broadened my horizons and started to look elsewhere. I began reading about what a lot of the old timers did before anabolic steroids became popular. I also studied the methods of every popular strength coach and trainer at the time. I read everything I could get my hands on, went to seminars, did internships and basically just became a sponge for training knowledge.

I opened up my own private training facility in the mid 90’s and trained over 500 clients there during the 11 years that I ran it. Most of my clients were athletes with a small percentage being general population people just looking to get bigger and stronger. Through all those years of experience working with that many people I came to some pretty strong conclusions about what works for building size and strength, fast. (more…)
