Hardgainer Project X Reviewed
You would expect anything from the Muscle Nerd aka Jeff Anderson to be well documented and certainly worth checking out. His latest offering, Hardgainer Project X, or as he refers to it, HPX, does not disappoint.
What is the Hardgainer Project X? The course itself includes 4 core modules:
Quick Start Guide – The Quick Start Guide gets you out of the house and off to the gym so you can start right away. There is no need to wade through a bunch of stuff before you get a chance to test the material for yourself.
3- Step Training Manual - The core manual reveals everything you have been told wrong about hardgainer training and gets you on the proper path to finally building the muscle you have been trying to. The correct workout routines with the correct reps to actually build the muscle.
Nutrition Guide - This is where much of the advice handed out to hardgainers is all wrong. It is not simply a matter of eating until you can’t eat anymore or working out until you drop. Proper nutrition is key to stop being a hardgainer and start gaining like everyone else in the gym.
Supplement Guide – Muscle building supplements are important but you do not need to buy overpriced, worthless supplements promoted by a lot of the muscles mags. Jeff reveals the cheapest, most effective formulas so you can make an educated decision on what would REALLY work for your own goals!

There are other “skinny guy” programs out there and some actually help build muscle. Something that really impressed my about Hardgainer Project X is the actual research that was done. Jeff found some real live hardgainer “lab rats” and ran controlled studies to see what worked and what didn’t. And these test subjects had to pay $127.00 each just to part of the test!

Claims are easy to make but a little harder to live up to. So how does this hardgainer muscle building routine stack up? Does it actually live up to the claims?
Yes it does, if you are actually a hardgainer and follow the advice given. On the other hand, if you are not an ectomorph and are looking for a solid muscle building program for an average build, there are better programs available.
Something I particularly liked about the program was the sales page! Crazy, huh? Who gets excited about a sales page?
This is something I would love to see more of. Most programs you need to fill out a form, and give up your email address to get a sample report or lesson to see what the program is really about. And then all you get is a teaser.
Not with this one. THIS one actually gives you some great hardgainer tips right on the sales page.

If you are not a true ectomorph, you may be better off with a program like Vince DelMonte’s No-Nonsense Muscle Building.
