Optimum Anabolics By Jeff Anderson
Somehow the words “muscle” and “nerd just don’t go together in my mind. But when I took a look at Optimum Anabolics by Jeff Anderson aka The Muscle Nerd, I changed my mind. This is a fairly new offering by Jeff and is a total system.
It is not just another ebook but has everything you need to pack on the muscle.
The package overall is quick good. The ebook itself has been around for a little while now and has some good content. It is short enough that you wont mind reading through it but at the same time it is long enough to get across the important points.
This is a solid system and it works to build muscle. So where does the nerdy part come in? Well, Jeff had to really dig into some of the science behind how muscle is built to figure this all out. If you don’t really know why your body builds muscle or why it stores fat, how are you going to improve your routine? This is where he became a little nerdy. He figured it all out and gives you the benefit of his research.
There’s a lot of emphasis on the training fundamentals. You know, stuff like how many reps to do, how many sets. And so forth. Some info that is out there tends to mislead you here (lie to you?) but when he tells you something, you know it comes from experience and research.
And his information is spot on. He cuts right through all the garbage you read in the muscle magazines and tells you straight what gets results. One of the biggest myths you here is that to gain maximum muscle fast you need to use “natural” testosterone and growth hormone enhancers.
Look, just because someone tacks the label “natural” on something, doesn’t mean it is good for you. These supplements are not good for you and 99.9% of them don’t work! He tells you what does.
The only things lacking in this package to make it top drawer are some of the progress tracking tools and more in-depth diet information included in some of the other systems on the market. Still,it is a solid system, designed from experience. If you are a serious bodybuilder, you really need to add Optimum Anabolics to your muscle building library – especially at the price.
